PERSONAL TRAINING PROGRAMS

Personal training includes some elements of rehabilitation exercise training, not complete departure, just focusing on which elements you need. This is on the continuum for some people after rehab exercises and for some people we begin here based on their physical capabilities. We are looking at where on the continuum a person currently is in order to determine where we need to start.
 
Where are you? Rehab? Hormone? Mobility challenges? Then we recommend a personal training regimen after any necessary rehab to reach the determined frequency, budget, and goals.
